Academic Support Labs at Columbus Technical College are designed to assist both students and faculty by providing support in math, science, writing, and computer-related subjects, helping to strengthen academic success across these key areas.

Support Lab Hours

Monday                8:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Tuesday               8:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Wednesday         8:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Thursday              8:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Math Support Lab

Individualized tutoring for any math class:

  • Math 1012 – Foundations of Math
  • Math 1111 – Algebra
  • Math 1127 – Statistics
  • Math 1113 – Precalculus
  • Math 1131/1132 – Calculus

And help with math topics in any class:

  • Chemistry
  • Physics
  • Business

Appointments are not necessary.

What we can do:

  • Teach research & documentation

  • Assist with MLA / APA

  • Encourage enjoyment of writing

What we don’t do:

  • Proofread or “fix” your paper
  • Predict grades

Appointments preferred; walk-ins accepted.
